9. Information Accuracy and Availability

We strive to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or any Content. Schedules, prices, promotions, and service details may change without notice. We may correct errors or omissions at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; (b) business interruption; (c) loss of anticipated savings; (d) loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; (e) loss or corruption of data; or (f) any indirect or consequential loss. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be limited to the greater of £100 or the total amount (if any) you have paid to us for chargeable Services via the Site in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Personal Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We may collect and process the following categories of data: identification and contact details (such as name, email address, phone number), booking or enquiry details (such as vehicle information, preferred dates, service requests), communications you send to us, and technical data (such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies).

We process personal data for purposes including: providing and administering the Site and Services; handling enquiries, bookings, and customer service; personalising user experience; security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics; complying with legal obligations; and, where permitted, sending service-related or marketing communications. Our lawful bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as improving the Site and preventing fraud), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

We may share personal data with service providers who help operate the Site and deliver Services (for example, hosting, IT support, communications), with professional advisers, and with authorities where required by law. If personal data is transferred outside the UK, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

You have rights to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise your rights or raise privacy questions, contact us using the contact details published on the Site.

13. Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect the integrity and security of the Site and your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for implementing suitable safeguards on your devices and networks, including up-to-date antivirus software, and for keeping any account credentials confidential.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without liability, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or if we need to do so for security, maintenance, or operational reasons. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, but the following will survive: Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (User Content licence), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Personal Data and Privacy), 16 (Applicable Law and Jurisdiction), and 17 (General).

15. Changes to the Site and to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date at the top of this document. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
